Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
To be eligible for a return:
* Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be in the original packaging.
* Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic/skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
